RAY ANDERSON: Founder & Co-owner of ELITE FITNESS COMPLEX, INC., & M.A.X.T. (Maximum Athletic X-Training) in Murrieta, CA. He is married to his wife Linda. He has 3 daughters & 4 grandchildren.
Ray has been a certified personal & sports performance trainer for the past 37 years. He is also a USAW Cerified Olympic Weightlifting Coach, Certified Sports Performance Specialist & a Certified Speed, Agility & Quickness Trainer. A former competitor In Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding and Strongman. He has also competed in football, wrestling, track & field, swimming, martial arts & baseball.
He is the Olympic Weightlifting Coach for TEAM ELITE FITNESS with the USAW. The USAW (USA Weightlifting) is the National Governing Body for Olympic Weightlifting in the United States. Top competitiors are selected by the USAW to compete in all major international events such as The Olympic Games, World Championships, Junior World Championships & Pan American Games. Ray also judges Olympic Weightlifting competitions.
He has trainrd many first responders for the military, law enforcement & fire fighters through cross-training methods to prepare them for the physical & mental challenges ahead of them.
Ray is known as "Coach Ray" & "The Mechanic". Fitness is his passion. He enjoys training athletes of all sports, ages & levels for their competitions and prepares them for their sport. His "Never Give Up...Never Quit" philosophy has helped many athletic teams & individuals over the years achieve their goals. Sharing his many years of athletic competition and training experience has enabled him to set the standards of excellence in strength conditioning by teaching others about proper nutrition, lifting techniques, speed, agility & quickness. His reward is seeing the athletes that he trains"Take Their Performance To The Next Level". "My job is to ensure that these athletes are trained with a variety of physical & mental challenges that they will be facing in competition & to prevent injuries. I want them to be able to enjoy life after sports".
