Its nick, as you know im in Spain right now. A couple times a week, my dad, Marissa, and i go to the beach and do a work out from your site. They are really challenging and fun. I got stuck in an elevator a couple days ago, and thanks to all those pull ups you made me do, i was able to pull myself out!!! Haha. Im fine now and we will continue to work out on the beach.
Also there was a simple workout tool that you showed us which we thought would be pretty cool for our trip. It was like a black/yellow band that you hook around posts, and doorways. Can you let us know where we can order it. Thanks. See ya later.

Hi Nick,
I'm glad to hear that you're doing the the posted WOD's! It has to be great training on the beach. Is your Mom still training or is she coaching & motivating you guys like I did? (A minnie-me like me!)
You just never know when those pull-ups will come in handy some day!
