We're back! What an awesome experience we had at the CrossFit Games in Aromas! The energy & intensity levels of ALL the athletes were off the charts! First, we would like to thank Greg & Lauren Glassman for their dedication & passion. We met so many wonderful people here. The commaraderie was everywhere. The competition this year was tough. The level of competitiors was up a notch or two! It was great to cheer on our friends who competed giving everything the had. We will be posting pictures of the event during the week.
